We read every message that comes in and do our best to respond within 3 to 5 business days. During periods of high volume, such as around major game conventions or new product launches, responses may take slightly longer. If you are a former player of the original Starships! browser-based MMORPG and have questions about the game or your old account, we understand the nostalgia. While the game itself is no longer actively running, we appreciate the memories shared by the community that once numbered over 100,000 players.
